NOWRUZ

With the end of winter, the New Year (Nowruz), which is the first day of spring, will begin at the same time as the New Year is delivered. This new year has been a national celebration of Iranians for thousands of years.
New Year celebration is one of the most important celebrations that has been transferred from generation to generation since ancient times.
The new year is celebrated among all Iranian in every single corner among the villagers, villagers, and tribes in every social class.
From the tradition of the New Year, picking up the Haft Sin table, the house for a pounding and making the rice with fish is the night of Nowruz.
Traditionally people would buy new clothes for this festival.
One of the most important items of new year table is growing greenery such as wheat, barley or lentils which represents continuous life as people provide this from a week before the celebration or a bit longer than that.
It’s been late and according to Nowruz’s tradition, it has been customary for lunch or dinner to be the first spring of spring vegetables with fish, because the greenery of spring and rice spring is a blessing.

Fish is also a symbol of brightness and has recently become a symbol of health, so the beginning of the New Year with good signs of God will be a kind of grateful to his blessings.

Nowruz celebrates is 13 days, and on the first day of the Nowruz, Iranians provide a new table which including 7 items that start with ” s” in Farsi that wither of these represents health, brightness, love, life, etc. and we called this table “Haft Sin”.

Haft Seen Table
Sabzeh (grass): The bride shows off rebirth, life again and greens. The headline is because next year is a happy, lush year. The green itself vibrates and keeps our thoughts sounding calm.

Samanu
Samanu is the symbol of power and symbol of goodness and blessing. Smoothie is a nutritious food that is made from wheat and rich in vitamins and nutrients; it serves as a representative of patience, justice, resistance and strength on the table.

Senjed
Earned on this intention in the Haft Sin table so that anyone pledging to himself, by the beginning of the new year, will do everything to be measured because the senses are an intentional symbol of action and an indication of a tendency to reason.
Some believe that the cobblestone placed at the table of the Haft Sin is a symbol of human love for each other.

Seeb (apple)
Apples are a symbol of health and beauty, and the lips on the table indicate a lack of harm and harm. It is customary to put an apple in the mother’s or grandparents’ families on the table; because the elderly of a family is always concerned about the health of their family members.

Somaq (sumac)
which is the color of the sunrise, is a symbol of patience and tolerance, and symbolizes the rising and the beginning of a new meaning.

Vinegar (Serkeh)
Nowruz’s vinegar invites us to accept the dangers of life.

Coin:(sekkeh)
 Coin, Modern Sein is a Seven Sin table and is not included in Seven Sin; it is later added to the table to be a symbol for increasing the asset.

The Holy Qur’an :

Mirror:
 The mirror is a symbol of brightness and should be placed above the table.

Fish:
 A symbol of birth, freshness, cheerfulness, and inspiration.

Candle:
It is a sign of light and brightness.

 Iranians are going to see each other during the New Year celebrations and congratulate the new year and put aside their opacity and hatred.
At the end of the thirteenth day, the people of Iran go to the nature trail with grass beds of their haft sin and spend the whole day in nature, which is named on the day of nature in the official calendar of the country.
